Lynnderella Chartreuse Grit

I know this is one of the polishes that has been bringing up much controversy in the polish groups. I was lucky enough to have my awesome friend send this to me. No I did not pay $800 for it, I could only wish I had that much money to blow on a single bottle of nail polish ;)

Also, my camera couldn't capture this color 100% it is a tad more yellow and neon in person.
I went back and took some more photos and I feel the pictures posted now are pretty accurate representations of the color in real life :)

The color is described as a translucent neon highlighter yellow base with assorted chartreuse glitters. This is not the original version of this polish. I knew before I received this it would not be.
All fingers, except for my middle finger, are 2 coats Chartreuse Grit over a base coat of Seche Rebuild. My middle finger is 2 coats of Chartreuse Grit over 2 coats of Wet n Wild Ebony Hates Chris. All have a thick top coat of Seche Vite
Even though I knew it wouldn't be the same when it was on the way to me, I am disappointed that it doesn't have more of the smaller glitters in it like the older version.
Alas, I am not really in love with this :( I love the color but I would have liked it to have more smaller glitter than the bigger pieces. I know there are others out there who do love this, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. ;)

Lynnderella is currently only selling through her ebay store, which can be found here

Wet n Wild Ebony Hates Chris can be found at most mass retailers and is a part of their Fast Dry Collection. You can like Wet n Wild on Facebook here.
