Today, I decided to swatch the very first indie I ever bought. It's pretty well known around the polish community to say the least! ;) It is Pretty & Polished Jawbreaker.
Pretty & Polished Jawbreaker is described as a white base splattered with the best original jawbreaker colors! Packed with blue, green, yellow, red, and purple glitters in all different shapes and sizes!
All fingers are 2 coats of Jawbreaker with a base coat Seche Rebuild and a top coat of Hong Kong Girl Topcoat.
Since my bottle is a little older the formula has changed since I purchased this bottle in March. The base on mine has a very slightly pink tint and the larger red squares are almost impossible to fish out. I know Chelsea, the creator of Pretty & Polished, has done some reformulation with this and few of her other polishes to fix some of these problems. I'm not too bothered with my bottle since the pink tint isn't that noticeable in real life.
I am able to ge some of the larger red squares out if I keep the bottle upside down for a while and give it a good shake in between each nail. Since I didn't do this for my other fingers, I figured I would show you what the squares look like on my thumb. I recently broke this nail :( so excuse it being a shorty compared to my other nails.
Pretty & Polished can be purchased through etsy here, although it is currently not open. To stay updated on shop restocks make sure to like Pretty & Polished on Facebook here. You can also check out Chelsea's blog here.
