After seeing all Atlcatsmeow and Manicure Addict's swatches of Illamasqua polish, I have been itching to buy some. On a recent trip to Sephora, I found this duo on sale for $19 and had a gift card, how could I not buy it! ;)
Viridian is described as a rich metallic peacock green shimmer. All nails are 1 coat with no top coat.
I love one coaters! And that is saying a lot if I was able to only use one coat because I normally do thinner coats. ;) The color is beautiful and I wish I had this polish in my stash when I swatched Lynnderella "His Heart Grew 2 Sizes That Day" because I think it would have made the perfect base color. Thanks to my friend Maggie, who runs the blog T8slady's Polish Party, I am officially a green lover now! :P
Glitterati has a deep raspberry jelly base and various sizes of multi-colored holographic glitters. I used 2 coats with top coat of Seche Vite.
After seeing Manicure Addict's swatches (post here) of this polish I knew I had to own this duo! Viridian was just an added bonus but Glitterati is the main reason. ;) It's absolutley stunning and I don't if there is more than I can say than that! :P
