I haven't fallen off the face of the earth, well maybe I have because I have been sick yet again. My 2 nails have grown out somewhat (I'm pretty sure my own body is just generally out to get me between sickness and nails breaking), enough to where I am not in pain when removing polish. I received this polish from the amazing Polish Monster (I think this should be a superhero name, yes? Edit to add: My husband says this sounds more like a supervillain than a hero. My argument: nothing involving polish can be bad.) over the holidays and felt it would be a good time to show it off.

Totally Outrageous has a white base with various colors and sizes of matte glitter including larger neon hexes. All nails are 2 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
In fact this polish is totally outrageous! ;) It reminds me of funfetti going neon, which should be something that is mass produced for people like me.
