Silly Bee's Chickadees Mystery Mix Volume 1 and Orange You A Honeydew Cocktail Reviews & Swatches

Sorry for the late post! I got caught up in doing a lot of little things today and time slipped away. >_< Anyways, I have some more super cute polishes from Silly Bee's Chickadees today! Make sure to sure to follow her on Facebook because she has another amazing line called The Beverage Cart in the works and that's all I can say. ;)
P.S. I'm not sure how both of these polishes ended up with purple base colors, it just kinda happened that way! :P

Mystery Mix Volume 1 has a light gray base and little bit of everything glitter wise! All of Melissa's Mystery Mixes are created from "misfit" polishes that didn't come out just right, so each volume will be different and limited edition. All nails are 2 coats of Mystery Mix Volume 1 over 1 coat of Finger Paints Spun Sugar and a top coat of Seche Vite.
How fun is this polish! The very light base makes it easy to layer over any color without changing it much at all. No fishing what so ever required for this polish, that should be obvious. ;) It dried quickly and was only slightly bumpy feeling with no top coat.
I did want to show off this polish on it's own in case anyone was interested. I really like it at 3-4 coats personally because the base starts to become semi-opaque. :)
Orange You A Honeydew Cocktail has a clear base with matte orange hexes, yellow squares, pale green hexes, white hexes and fine red and green matte glitter. I used 1 coat of Orange You A Honeydew Cocktail over 2 coats of Essence Oh My Glitter! and a top coat of Seche Vite.
If you remember my last post (here) about Silly Bee's Chickadees polishes I talked about how Melissa's entire Fruit Basket Collection has a smoothie and cocktail version of each color. In that post I swatched the smoothie version of Orange You A Honeydew and here is the cocktail version! :) The formula gave me no problems and my only complaint is I am wanting to pig out on some fruit after swatching this! :P

Find Silly Bee's Chickadees on etsy here. She just added some really cute card sets to her store coordinating with her Fruit Basket Collection. Make sure to like Silly Bee's Chickadee's on Facebook here and check out her blog here
