Initial Lacquer Dream Of Love, Love Voyage, Unrequited Love and Sweet Wedding Reviews & Swatches

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, I have a post for Sunday! ;) Told you I was going to try to keep up with posting through the weekend to show off all the beauties I have been getting lately! :P ...Now let's just hope I can keep up with posting for a week straight. *crosses fingers* How about some Initial Lacquer for today! :D

Dream Of Love has a light purply-gray base with pink circle glitter (!!!),  mint hex glitter and yellow, blue and silver square glitter. All nails are 3 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
The base color of this is beautiful alone! Add a delicate mixture of glitters and you have yourself one heck of a polish! Formula was great and I had no problem getting out any glitter or the consistency being trouble. It did have an average dry time, but with a top coat of Seche Vite it sped things up to please my impatient self. ;)
Love Voyage is a frosty violet base with white flakie and small iridescent glitter. I used 3 coats with no top coat.
I wish my camera could have captured this polish true to life. :( I had so much confidence in my camera because my photos of Unrequited Love came out better than I thought they would and thought it would capture the beauty in this polish too. *kicks dirt* The close up shot below captures the glow the iridescent glitter gives off and how they really pop even with the light base color. Formula was a bit thicker, but workable, and the flakies do seem to stick out a bit. Granted I didn't use a top coat for these pictures, so that may have something to do with it. It did dry quickly though with no top coat. It is gorgeous on it's own and would be a polish that is work appropriate with a bit of added spark!
Unrequited Love is described as a deep Blue jelly base with blue Shimmer with holo glitter. All nails are 2 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
While my pictures of this polish came out better than expected they still do not capture it completely! I even tried to make a short video, but my camera couldn't handle all the sparkliness this polish had to offer. Seriously you guys just buy this polish, you will not be disappointed! Just don't try to drive when it's sunny while wearing it because you won't want to watch the road! :P Except for an average dry time, this formula was perfect and did I mention you need to buy it? Go buy it, like now! ;)
Sweet Wedding has white matte diamond and square glitter, micro silver square glitter and small and medium sized matte mint hex glitter all in a clear base. I used 1 coat of Sweet Wedding over 3 coats of Love Voyage and a top coat of Seche Vite.
Another beautiful delicate glitter! I love the mint glitter and the white diamonds in this polish because they go together so well color wise. The silver glitters add tons of shine to the overall look without washing out the matte glitter. Unfortunately this polish was very thick, to the point I could have made it opaque in one coat, but with 2-3 drops of thinner I was good to go and had no troubles after that. Iris, the creator of Initial Lacquer, does note that it could be on the thick side in her listing of Sweet Wedding, so I did expect it. And let me just say how perfect is the name Iris to create these perfect spring colored polishes! :P
