I know I usually don't post on Sundays, but I meant to have this up yesterday, between making Jello eggs and pies I just didn't get a chance to. Even though I only used 2 photos per polish, this post is very picture heavy. To cut down on so many photos in one post, I made an album here where you can see additional photos of each polish. Also, my review will be at the bottom of this post, so keep scrolling down! ;)
P.S. Happy Easter!
P.S. Happy Easter!
Candace contains a mixture of black and gold holographic glitters. Except for my middle nail, I used 2 coats of Candace in a gradient over bare nail. My middle nail is 2 coats of Candace over my entire nail, again bare. All nails have a top coat of Seche Vite. (Excuse my stained nails >_< They didn't look that bad in person, but the camera likes to pick up too much sometimes. :P)
Irene is a mixture of various fine colored glitter; mainly composed of champagne gold glitter and a few fine black glitters sprinkled throughout. I used 3 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
Jasmine has a clear base with aquamarine, light blue and green glitters and a dash of various other colored glitters. All nails are 3 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
Jennifer is mainly composed of light blue and periwinkle glitters, but also includes orange, pink, green and yellow glitters in various shapes and sizes. I used 2 coat of Jennifer over 2 coats of Pure Ice Last Chance and a top coat of HK Girl Top Coat.
Julie is an rainbow assortment of glitter in various shapes and sizes. All nails are 3 coats over bare nail and a top coat of Seche Vite.
Lucie contains a mixture of red and silver glitters in a clear base. All nails are 3 coats of Wet n Wild L.A. Pride with 1 coat of Lucie and a top coat of Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love.(See un-matted photos in this album)
Maria has a variety of blue glitters in a clear base. I layered Maria over Wet n Wild Fergalicious and top coat of Seche Vite. (I'm not sure why my camera picked up Fergalicious as a red/orange. It's definitely a bright pink!)
Mary is a mixture of red, black and holographic silver glitters in a sheer red base. All nails are 3 coats with a top coat of HK Girl Top Coat.
Nichole has various shapes and sizes of red, blue and silver glitters. Here I layered one coat of Nichole over 2 coats of Sally Girl Coconut with a top coat of Seche Vite.
Sarah contains teal, green, dark blue and purple glitters in a clear base. I layered 2 coats of Sarah over Cosmetic Arts Gray, on all my nails except for my index nail. My index nail is 3 coats over bare nail and all nails have a top coat of Seche Vite.
Overall, I had no issue with any of the polishes. They all had a wonderful formula: dried quickly and obviously no need to fish for glitter. All the polishes could have been opaque in 2-3 coats alone, but still provided the perfect amount of glitter in just 1 coat. There is a variety of different ways to wear each color: layered, alone, gradient, jellied, etc. So go buy a bottle and have fun!
