Hi everyone! Sorry for the late post, but I have some fun color changing polishes to share with you all today! :) Now since I don't swatch in the day time and use a light tent, I wasn't able to capture these polishes in true day light. Instead, I stuck my hand up a UV lamp to get the color to change. ;) You will notice in few of the photos I caught the color already changing back, but I thought it looked neat. ;) Oh and these polishes are scented, how fun!
Doux has an off white clear-ish base with pink flakes. Under UV light it turns to a deep purple shade. All nails are 2 coats over 2 coats of LAQA & Co. Nookie.
Wow does this polish change! I think something like this would be perfect if you work in an office setting that requires you polish to be toned down. In the office you can have somewhat neutral nails and outside you can have amazing purple nails! Formula was very easy to work with, but I would recommend either being very careful with application or having a UV light/sunlight around when you use it; since it has a clear base you can miss spots during clean up. ;) This has a sweet, sugary scent that I can't quite put my finger on.
Strawberry Shortcake is packed with gold holographic glitter and a hint of pink holographic glitter. In the sunlight it darkens to a dark pink/red shade. All nails are 2 coats with top coat.
Holy cow this polish is a stunner! And it's even more amazing when exposed to UV! Formula was again great and became opaque in just 2 coats. Also, it smells like a Strawberry Shortcake doll, what's not to love!
